The topic for this den meeting was Bicycle Safety.
We completed the following requirements for Achievement 14 in the Bear handbook
1) Hand Signals
2) Personal protection
3) Safety Checklist before riding
4) Bicycle maintenance
5) Bicycle security
If you missed this meeting, please complete Achievement 14a and at least 3 of the following; Achievement 14b,c,d,e,f. At the previous den meeting, each scout was given a bicycle safety worksheet to complete. This worksheet should be completed and in their folder at the next den meeting. It can be downloaded at the following link.
